Amazing and relaxing resort.

We have just returned from The Pullman Panwa after 9 wonderful nights. This is an amazing resort. The rooms are large and well designed. Lots of space for your luggage. The bathroom had a bath and a big walk in shower. The breakfast was amazing. So much choice and all very fresh. The resort offers a lot of complimentary activities. They are all really well run. My son did a brilliant yoga class every morning with Irwin wa. It was excellent and he loved it. Others in our group made good use of the gym. There is a lot to do through out the day. We loved the location. The views are breathtaking. The restaurant food was excellent. We also enjoyed the spa on several occasions. My massage and facial were just so good. The girls at the spa are well trained and very professional. Special mention to Apple, Honey and Bee. I loved the effort the resort makes at not using plastics and the maintenance of the beach. They are also actively helping with marine conservation. Thankyou to the medical team that helped me with my cut knee. You were amazing and knowledgeable. Also to the brilliant breakfast team including Pookie. We hope we can return. I would recommend the resort to everyone looking for a completely relaxing holiday.

It is our first time staying at Panwa area and we are so happy that we picked Pullman Phuket Panwa Beach Resort! The hotel is very beautiful with a private beach that is very clean and offers a variety of activities, our favorite is the paddle boarding (and it's free!). The room we stay looking over the beach and it's perfect for watching the magical Sunrise from our balcony. The staff here demonstrates a remarkable service. It was my partner's bday and they are so enthusiastic to bring out the cake to celebrate with us- a big shoutout to Nabeen, Kanoon and Nan for such a wonderful bday surprise for my partner! The only disappointed thing I may point out is the buffet...personally I find it a bit underwhelmed, the taste is quite bland and I think for Thai food it should be tastier.

My ramily received top quality service from the friendly staff at this beautiful beach hotel resort. It was our first time staying at Pullman and although our stay was short, it was wonderful. The breakfast buffet was phenomenal. My son has a lactose allergy and the staff was extra accommodating to create a custom meal for him to enjoy. Thank you Pookie for your help and professional service and treating me and my family to the best experience we've ever had at a hotel resort.

The service provided by Lucia and Ms. Prew was excellent, the hotel is in a great location, and the room is so beautiful! !Although the hotel is located on the beach in Phuket, it is not too far from various attractions, and it is very convenient to book a taxi. The beach is very beautiful, and the hotel's swimming pool is big! I had a great time here. btw, I must praise the hotel's breakfast. The breakfast is really, really delicious. I stayed here for 5 days and had breakfast in the hotel every day. It wasn't until the third day that I finished all the food.

This resort is simply gorgeous with the most amazing views and ambiance. I loved the layout of the resort, with the two infinity pools stacked on top of one another overlooking the ocean. The Spa is incredible as well, very skilled masseuses with large rooms. We were also very lucky and got upgraded to a suite, which was amazing. Another big plus was the location, as there are small shops right outside the resort from restaurants to massage parlours and dispensaries, which was super convenient. It's not far from Old Town either, ~20-25min car ride. Also a big thank you to Ning, the housekeeper who laid out a lovely birthday message on the bed for me, a pleasant surprise considering none of us mentioned my birthday. What made it so great: - Incredible value for money, really had that "wow" factor - The beach during high tide has beautiful clear water and soft sand; during low tide you can do a "marine walk" - The Spa is fairly priced with incredible masseuses and an amazing couples massage room. Shout out to Honey, who really helped with my muscle soreness - Private car airport pickup service was comfortable, easy, and definitely worth it - Beautiful infinity pools - Staff were friendly and helpful - The restaurants were good too, especially Tamarind Some minor complaints: - Check-out was slow, quite insulting that they had to double check the minibar and accuse me of taking more drinks than what was charged - Had an issue with the TV but had to follow up 4 times before someone came to fix it - The shower in our room had a funky smell - Some dishes bit disappointing, the Thai beef salad was tough and overcooked, the burger was dry Overall though it was incredible, really left us with beautiful memories, we will definitely be coming back.
